本アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその利用方法について説明します。

1. 開発者が収集する個人情報

当社（HacTools）は、本アプリの記録・設定・動きのセンサーの値を収集・保存・送信しません。本アプリは開発者のサーバーを持ちません。

ただし、アプリ内に表示される広告のために、Google AdMob が利用者の端末から情報を取得し、Google へ送信します。取得される情報の種類は「5. 広告について」に記載しています。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

設定（音・図柄・色合い・加減・基準・音量など）と、坐った記録（日時・坐った時間・揺れの割合・途切れない静けさ・静まるまでの時間・段位・位）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。
これらは開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
保存された情報は、アプリの削除または端末のデータ消去により失われます。端末のバックアップや機種変更では引き継がれません。
アプリの「記録」画面から、記録を消すことができます。

3. 動きのセンサーについて

本アプリは、端末の加速度センサーとジャイロセンサーの値を、その場で端末の中で調べ、端末が揺れたかどうかを判定するためだけに使います。センサーの値そのものは保存も送信もしません（記録として残るのは、上の2の内容だけです）。
動きのセンサーを使うのに、端末の許可は必要ありません。
坐っているあいだは、画面が消えないようにします。

4. 端末の権限について

インターネット：広告の表示と、広告に関する同意の確認に使います。記録や設定の送信には使いません。
位置情報・マイク・カメラ・連絡先・写真とファイル・電話などの権限は使用しません。

5. 広告について（第三者によるデータ利用）

本アプリは、Google が提供するモバイル広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・効果測定・不正防止のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID）・App Set ID などの情報を取得し、Google へ送信します。

本アプリは、端末の位置情報（GPS など）を取得しません。

これらは Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われ、通信は TLS で暗号化されます。本アプリには、広告を消す課金などのアプリ内課金はありません。

広告は、ホームと結果の画面の下に、バナーだけを表示します。頭の上などに乗せて静止しているあいだ（構え・坐っている最中）は表示しません。全画面の広告は使いません。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスでは、広告を表示する前に、Google の同意管理の仕組みで利用者の同意を確認します。同意は、アプリの設定画面の「広告の同意を見直す」からいつでも変更できます。

広告識別子は、端末の「設定＞プライバシー＞広告」からリセット・削除できます。同じ画面からパーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトも行えます。

6. アクセス解析について

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール（Google アナリティクス等）を使用していません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

This app (the "App") respects your privacy and works to protect personal information. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

1. Personal information collected by the developer

We (HacTools) do not collect, store, or send the App's records, settings, or motion sensor values. The App has no developer server.

However, for the ads shown in the App, Google AdMob collects information from your device and sends it to Google. The types of information are listed in "5. Ads".

2. Information stored on your device

Settings (sound, pattern, color, challenge, center, volume, etc.) and your sitting records (date and time, length, how much the phone swayed, unbroken stillness, time to settle, ranks) are stored only on your device.
They are never sent to the developer's or any third party's servers.
This information is lost when you uninstall the App or clear its data. It is not carried over by device backups or when you change devices.
You can delete your records from the Records screen in the App.

3. Motion sensors

The App reads your device's accelerometer and gyroscope on the device, on the spot, only to judge whether the phone has moved. The sensor values themselves are neither saved nor sent (only what is listed in 2 is kept as records).
Using the motion sensors does not require any device permission.
While you sit, the App keeps the screen on.

4. Device permissions

Internet: used to show ads and to check consent for ads. It is not used to send your records or settings.
The App does not use permissions such as location, microphone, camera, contacts, photos and files, or phone.

5. Ads (use of data by a third party)

The App shows ads using Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google. For ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention, AdMob collects information such as the Advertising ID and App Set ID and sends it to Google.

The App does not access your device's location (such as GPS).

This information is handled under Google's privacy policy, and it is sent encrypted with TLS. The App has no in-app purchases, such as paying to remove ads.

Ads are banners only, at the bottom of the home and result screens. No ads are shown while your phone rests still on your head or elsewhere (while getting ready or sitting). Full-screen ads are not used.

In the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent management before showing ads. You can change your choice at any time from "Review ad consent" in the App's Settings.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads. You can also opt out of personalized ads on the same screen.

6. Analytics

The App does not use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be changed without notice when necessary. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
